The DTS cloud represents an absolute cornerstone for us. Our own high-performance data centers in Herford and Münster are at the heart of the integrated, customized DTS IT services. The certified data centers impress customers of various sizes throughout Europe. It is not only the modern features of these “technology strongholds” that count. They facilitate our DTS cloud, the DTS building block concept and, through excellent co-location and point of presence (PoP) connectivity, the optimal conditions for us to provide hybrid, secure IT services to our customers everywhere. We know exactly what we are talking about - over 20 years of experience in data center operations, more than 10 years in the cloud, over 1,000 customers in our data centers, over 1,000 IT security customers. However, it is not only our expertise that impresses, but also our state-of-the-art equipment, technologies and connectivity, rounded off by customized solutions and services.

Our DTS cloud in detail:
For more than 10 years, we have been developing expertise in the cloud as a “made in Germany” cloud veteran, i.e. from the very beginning. An integrated approach is the top priority here. That’s why we use the hybrid DTS modular concept to combine customized solutions, platforms and services as preferred and required. Regardless of the combination, the modules complement each other, meet the highest security standards and communicate with each other.
The range of services comprises over 100 elements, including cloud storage, virtualization “as a service”, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, dedicated exchange, file sharing, mail archiving, email security, endpoint protection, SIEM, firewall services, SOC services and patch & client management. For example, we can supplement Exchange servers with mail archives from the data center and protect them with email security. In addition, we extend the security with advanced endpoint protection, detect possible anomalies in the SOC and raise the alarm in case of an emergency. We also develop your individual backup concept. Advanced resources from our data centers for disaster recovery and storage are available, as is modern cloud security.
With us, it is exclusively the customer who decides which services it manages and which are left to us. We provide you with state-of-the-art technologies from the cloud and accompany you through the entire project, continuously developing the concept. In addition, our specially developed monitoring enables optimal control and support for all systems. Through the unique SOC and helpdesk service, we also ensure professional monitoring and support from technical experts, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Security standards
Our data centers meet the highest quality requirements and security standards. This applies to all aspects of operation, management and related services.
The DTS data center Herford is certified according to ISO 27001 based on basic IT protection by the BSI in relation to its establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of a documented information security management system and the necessary IT security measures. This also includes the DTS Security Operations Centers in Herford, Athens and Thessaloniki. In addition, the energy management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 50001.
