We are also a Certified Professional Service Partner (CPSP) and provide a wide range of professional services through our award-winning CYBERFORCE Engineers. Special training courses in the area of professional services enable a unique transfer of knowledge right through to the product development area.

As an Authorized Support Center (ASC) with Elite status, we provide first and second-level support for all our customers and have direct access to the manufacturer’s engineering and third level support. Direct interaction with the TAC offers significant added value in the areas of call handling and troubleshooting through manufacturer-specific practice. We received the Excellence in Support EMEA award for this support.

The introduction of partner specializations for Cortex, Cloud and SASE is an important approach for Palo Alto Networks to ensure the implementation and service quality of its partners. DTS is the only Palo Alto Networks partner in Germany to be nominated in all three specializations.

In specializing as a Cortex partner, DTS provides the necessary resources and technical expertise to deliver PoCs, installations and operations of Palo Alto Networks’ Advanced Endpoint Protection solution. As one of only a few partners in the EMEA region, DTS is authorized as a Cortex ASC to provide first and second-level support at the endpoint. In addition, we are the only partner in Germany authorized to act as a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) for Cortex XDR. Our success with Cortex has earned us the title EMEA Traps Innovative Partner of the Year (*Traps is the former product name for what is now Cortex), the EMEA Traps Award and the Cortex Partner of the Year Award.

Specialization as a (Public) Cloud Partner, which is awarded to partners exclusively by nomination on a global level, confirms the expertise of our technical staff in successful planning and secure and efficient migration to public cloud environments.

As a specialist partner for SASE solutions, we are a pioneer in the field of next-generation network security concepts. With more than 8 certified consultants in this area, we support our customers in the implementation and operation of SASE infrastructures and were awarded SASE Partner of the Year EMEA in 2020 for our performance.

These specializations once again underline the close partnership between Palo Alto Networks and DTS and further demonstrate that DTS not only understands the manufacturer’s platform concept, but is also able to implement it in an integrated way.

Establishment of the first WildFire Cloud in Europe offers us, as operators of our own data centers, the opportunity to provide our customers with the added value of sending their data to a German, GDPR-compliant, highly redundant environment.

As the only MSSP for Palo Alto Networks in Germany, we can provide our customers with all vendor solutions as a managed service on a rental basis and make them available with various types of added value from our services, e.g. regular health checks or SOC services. The regular interaction with the manufacturer that goes along with this enables us to operate the entire Palo Alto Networks Cyber Security Platform efficiently.

With the only certified Palo Alto Networks trainer (CNSI) in Germany based with a reseller, it is also possible for us to provide manufacturer-specific training or to provide information tailored to the customer’s needs.

On the basis of these unique selling points, we were able to win the Partner of the Year Award Germany, Central Europe and for the entire EMEA region several times, thus underpinning our close partnership. We are currently Elite Diamond Partner of the Year in Central Europe.
